White Tara – Sensitivity

White Tara is an aspect of Tara, a Buddha and Hindu Mother Creator Goddess. Tara has many faces represented by various different colors. As White Tara she represents purity, maturity, and compassion. She helps us all to live long and peaceful lives.
The eyes on White Tara’s forehead, hands, and feet, allow her to hear all of our prayers, and she tells you today that she is aware of your increasing anxiety and frustration with your life.

She says that many of you have become more spiritually aware, and as a result your tolerance levels for harsh and loud environments has decreased. These situations and circumstances are causing you great stress and even anger. You can no longer thrive in harsh, competitive work environments, or live with stressful home conditions.
You long for peace and tranquility more and more in your life. White Tara says that there is a lot that you can do for yourself in order to reduce these stresses in your life. This will bring great healing to you, but you must be willing to take control, and accept responsibility for your life. Communication is required here.

Home Environment

You need to establish a better balance in your life. Time for work, rest, and play is essential to a positive lifestyle that will allow you to thrive and grow. Firstly, take control of your home environment. What can you do to reduce your stress levels here?

Stop watching upsetting news stories on TV. Don’t listen to, or read about them either. If something is making you unhappy, then don’t allow it in your life. You have full control at home. Remember if your loved ones insist on watching the news, you can always leave the room and do something else that inspires you, like meditation.

Share responsibilities and chores at home fairly. It isn’t fair to expect one person to shoulder all the burden, and you will all be much happier for it. Communicate with your loved ones and let them know how you’re feeling, and that you need their support and understanding.

Stress At Work

A stressful work environment is a little bit harder to deal with, but not impossible.

Find ways of scheduling mini breaks during the day, so that you can do some deep breathing to relax. Even just five minutes every so often can make a huge difference.

If possible try to get outside during your lunch break, so that you can get a complete break from your work environment for a short period of time. You will feel much more relaxed and refreshed when it’s time to go back to work if you do this.

If you are finding your work situation just too stressful and difficult to manage, then consider asking for a transfer if possible to a less stressful position. If this just isn’t a possibility, then maybe it’s time to consider a new job.

This may seem like very drastic action to take, but is it really when your health and well being are at stake? No one should ever have to live their lives under constant stress and unhappiness. So prioritize your health and well being, and don’t allow others to control your life.

Finally….

Remember, you’re the one in charge, so take action. This could be your wake up call from the Universe, pointing you in a better, happier direction. But unless you decide to pay attention, and do something about it, you’ll never know what might be around
that next corner for you. You decide.

White Tara says that she will help you if you ask her for assistance.

Until next time,

Have a wonderful stress free week!

Love & Light to you,

Sue & the Goddesses. x
